Account Eligibility
3.1 Age and Legal Capacity
Registration is open only to natural persons who are at least 21 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. 3.3 Accurate Registration Information
You must provide truthful, current and complete information when creating or updating your Account. Providing false details, including name, date of birth, address or payment information, is a breach of these Terms and may lead to immediate account termination. get2win is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information supplied by the User.
3.4 Restricted Jurisdictions
It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing or using the get2win Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players must not use the Platform if doing so would violate local laws. get2win makes no representations that the Platform is compliant with the laws of every jurisdiction.
Account Security and Access
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share account access with any third party, including family members. get2win will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact get2win support immediately via the channels listed on the Platform. get2win reserves the right to temporarily freeze an Account while investigating a security concern.
get2win will never ask for your password through email, live chat or any other channel. Do not disclose your password to any person claiming to represent get2win.
Deposits, Payments and Supported Methods
5.1 Available Deposit Methods

5.2 Player Responsibility
All funds deposited must originate from a payment method owned or lawfully controlled by the registered Account holder. Depositing funds from a third-party source is prohibited. get2win may request payment source documentation as part of KYC procedures.
5.3 Processing and Currency
Deposits and withdrawals are processed in MYR unless a supported digital asset option is selected. Currency conversion, where applicable, is subject to the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. get2win is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting digital asset values.
5.4 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback, reversal or dispute with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your get2win Account is a material breach of these Terms. get2win reserves the right to suspend the Account, recover the disputed amount from any positive balance and refer the matter to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to a verified payment method registered to the Account holder. get2win requires KYC verification, including government-issued identification and proof of payment ownership, before any withdrawal is approved. Incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation will delay processing.
Withdrawal timelines vary by method. get2win targets prompt processing but does not guarantee a specific completion time. Delays may arise from bank processing schedules, digital asset network congestion, or additional compliance checks.
Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or amounts derived from Bonus Funds are only permitted after applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. See Section 7 for full conditions governing promotions.
Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Conditions
All promotions offered by get2win are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The multiplier (e.g., X10, X15 or X20) is stated on the individual promotion page. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement means a total of MYR 1,500 in eligible bets must be recorded before a withdrawal request linked to that bonus can be approved.
7.3 Game Contribution
Different game types contribute different percentages toward meeting Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and baccarat may contribute 10% to 20% or may be excluded entirely. The applicable contribution schedule is stated on the relevant promotion page.
7.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play
While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, individual wagers are subject to a maximum bet limit, which typically falls between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or spin. Exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.5 Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds expire within 7, 14 or 30 days of issuance, depending on the specific promotion. Unused or un-wagered Bonus Funds are forfeited upon expiry and cannot be reinstated.
7.6 Abuse and Irregular Play
get2win reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings and close Accounts where bonus abuse, coordinated exploitation, matched betting patterns or any other strategy intended to circumvent bonus conditions is identified. The determination of what constitutes abuse rests with get2win and is not subject to dispute by the User.
Rules of Play

In the event of a software error, incorrect odds display, or system malfunction, get2win reserves the right to void the affected round or wager. Suspension and Account Termination
get2win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

- The Account holder has provided false or misleading information;
- Chargeback or payment disputes have been initiated;
- Multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual;
- A self-exclusion request or responsible gambling intervention is active;
- Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require it.
Where an Account is closed due to a User's breach, get2win may withhold any balance, including pending withdrawals and Bonus Funds, at its discretion. Where closure occurs for operational or non-breach reasons, legitimate cash balances will be returned through a verified payment method subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.
Privacy and Data
The collection, use and storage of personal data submitted to get2win is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through the get2win support channel. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it may be referred to the appropriate forum in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
The failure of get2win to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
